Box Celebrity Status

Last night I got sweet talked into a 10-12v2 in KC, not too long ago we pulled a similar heist and wiped 2 groups of "Red Dawn" at the time and came out unscathed.  Unfortunately, I can't say the same about last night and I took my 1st official PvP death on Red99 in over 8 months, might bring my death total to 2.  Still waiting for that Leaderboard devs! It seems we have reached box celebrity status, what people don't realize is that good or bad publicity, is still publicity. This blog isn't meant as a haven for us to display our PvP dominance, but rather to chronicle the PvP that happens on this server daily, and maybe it was indirect but since we started this blog the population has only gone up on Red99.

For about the next 5 minutes after the death it felt like FR took down a raid mob:

All that rage inspired in 3 minutes.  Funny thing was, they came to chase me naked in WC and being the ninja I am I got back into KC and got my corpse under the nose of 10 people in under 5 minutes flat, so much for that corpse camp. What they wont tell you is that between OJ and myself we killed 6-7 of them 10v2 before my death even occured, sometimes you gotta take risks!

They spent the rest of the night being hunted and constantly evacing their groups away from ours,  it was fun a fun night of PvP, server thriving.  We did manage to kill some stragglers who didn't gate or plug:

Been lazy w/ these blog updates, my pal Johnny filling it up tho!

Not much has changed since the last update:

We'll start off the update with non other than Cwenu, quite possibly the worst druid on the server.  Definitely a proud member of the Triple D club (Double Digit Deaths) Look for the special DDD update soon.

Donkee, part of the Holocaust crew back in the day, him and his brother Eifle.  Apparently staging a comeback, seems to eat dirt alot when he isn't intentionally training sand giants on newbs in Oasis. 

The second tier holo group staging a comeback lately, FR kills one Innoruuk and they start popping up like flies.  Some things never change though.  Although Omega has never raged over a death, respect on that front.  Can't say the same respect for Dotchya, who was also in the zone when I zoned in and rather camp out and leave his mage friend to die than do a little 2v1 with a sow mage pet.  Result of striking fear into the hearts of men.  More about Dotchya later.

Boxing is bad bros.  Zoned into Badger and Maxmilien in KC by themselves killing these spawns by the jail cell area.  IVU pot later I was up in their grill, but was it "their" or his? Looked to me like Badger was boxing and was spam clicky healing Max w/ Donal arms.  I killed Max in 2 Sunstrikes, I couldn't see Badger but I did see "Badger spell fizzle" which I assumed to be a heal, problem is it took him nearly 5 seconds before he tried to recast that heal when he noticed on his other monitor it fizzled.  Was instant death, oh Badger /q'd shortly after. 

Ecoli, the frenchie that was a hardcore Red99 detractor for a long time.  3% exp loss per PvP death was too much for him.  You know what happens to people that whine? Apparently they forget to /Q or camp and get corpse camped to 53 after leveling to 59 in a short amount of time.  One quit post later, and we're -1 scrub on Red99.  Not before I could kill him though.

Ganjah, FOH.  Apparently a druid checking track to see if people xping @ raptors were nearby is too much to ask from this guy, he learned the hard way anyway.

Caught Jezibel near the casters guild in Felwithe, that 1082 will get ya.

Dotchya Gotchya, nother ex-Holo back to him now.  This clown also on the come back tour evaded me quite a few times on Thrilla in TD, he was hitting them raptors hard everyday.  I'd pop in every now and then, get him to 20% before he'd gate out and message me "Nice try".  Told him his luck would run out some day.  That day came before long, made him gate again on Thrilla, switched to my necro to XP and there he was at his bind with nowhere to run.  Wizard, Necro, doesn't matter, result is the same.  Haven't seen him on much since this death, too much for the ego for those guys.

Miria.  Funny kill, we wiped to a mob in VP and 2 of our melees were punching her naked outside Skyfire (fully geared).  Decided to load good ol 1082, didn't know what hit her I'm sure, made for good laughs on TS.  Thanks.

Peasent aka Grimtoad, Oggok exploiter extraordinaire.  Tried to roll up on me and Oddjob, sucks when that Yonder fails doesn't it? Got awhile before you can go toe to toe vs 1082.

Popo the great! Caught him playing around with this plagueworker skele.  1082 made quick work of him.

Vayden aka Pitborn and Bamzal vs Johnny, Phaedra, and I.  Best part of this was how Bamzal left Vayden to die as he COS'd to safety into mobs.  1082 is on fire lately (literally)

Johnny's Full Retard kills #2

 Today's update is going to be short on humor and long on domination.  I've been having a blast jumping groups in Sebilis time and again.  Johnny remains immortal...+18kills in the album and no deaths since last update means 318-5 is the current record.  Johnny has become a master of the dim mok, scoring countless lightning quick kills with patented techniques.  Here are the highlights:

 Johnny catches Chillum banking and pops em with a patented 1shot technique.  2 charges of a wand + Johnny's quivering muscles = 5point-palm exploding heart technique.

 Brennard tries to run into frogs to die, Johnny is too quick to let this kill get away.

 Johnny rushes into Sebilis 1v5, wiping this entire group, and causing this rage quit post.

 Jezibell is next to die in this 1v5, Bangan gets a gate off and Johnny has another pile of corpses.  Coming soon will be an update featuring Johnny's latest patented feature, The Johnny Pile.  a Johnny Pile is an entire groups corpses all piled neatly within one screen, all caused by Johnny, usually by way of killing key classes and letting frogs kill the tank. 

 Madude trying to make the trek to Sebilis, caught him and he ran for Swamp ZL, he didn't plug.

 Johnny heads into Sebilis as a solo assassin once again, this time taking on a group of 5 that was prepared for his arrival.  Despite eating a dispel wand and 2 nukers, Johnny still gets his kill and cleanly gets away.  This is a rare case where I had to splice in a double text box because of the spam from debuff messages.  Maelzai down in front of his whole group, Johnny lives to sing it.

 Johnny heads into seb on solo mission yet again, this time he finds Miria and Sootwulf.  After all the 1v5, 1v6, and 1v12's Johnny has been through, a 1v2 is a breeze.  Miria down.

 With the caster dead Johnny turns his attention on Sootwulf, he soon dies.

 Selena hiding down in crypt, Johnny sneaks down and dispatches of the res bot post haste.

   Sootwulf trying to plug, doesn't grab key in time, gets backstabbed and dies.

Oddjob easily dispatches of Freez inside the KC walls of DL.

 Oddjob finds Freez on another day in the Overthere ontop of the wall, its like I know all the spots.

 Larsen trying to challenge for CT camps.

 Macho caught in CT tryin to sneak in some farmin of my pixels.

 Madude and Boats 2 versus my 1.  Boats gets a couple draught of fires and tries to chain interrupt me with lightnings but OJ steps into the push and gets his kill anyways.

 Maniaco, Noah, Sootwulf, and Drunkenswami outside trying to do Tranix.  Swami down to Nizzar, Noah down to Tranix, Sootwulf down to Tranix, Maniaco down to Oddjob.  Crown to Nihilum bank.

Look for 2 exciting new features in the coming update- Johnny Piles and the Double Digit Death club, a handful of players on the server are approaching 10+ screens of clothed killshots and they will be have their own recurring feature for everyone to keep track.

Small update on my behalf:

Little 2v2 w/ Chubs and EZPK, Chubs down.. Ezpk, you guessed it.. plugged.  I never see him fight if he isn't 5 ft from a zone line, it is so predictable but always funny when he b-lines to the zone.

Drunkenswami, found him FD by giant fort in BW...  think he was half ass AFK, not smart to go AFK on a PvP server, never know who might show up..  he finally came to after the sunstrike, but he had no Mend apparently and died from the quick draught.

Huggies, found him after killing Mr. Swami, stalked him.. probably no worse feeling than being chased in the middile of nowhere as a melee with jboots, stopped to cast dat SOW pot, was sure death for him.  One question though, why no shadow step bro?

Fenix, not sure who this guy is..  but I don't discriminate.

Party, this was a close one..  red con druid vs 55 necro,  got a little aggesive there when he saw he landed root and his rain, one heal he could have killed me but instead he went aggressive while I harmshielded and let the dots do their thing..

 Party 2, pulled the switcheraoo on him killed him on wiz.

 

Andain, poor sap didn't know what hit him.

 

Slathar, LORD OF EVERQUEST as he'd like to believe.. claims he has a flawless PvP record, no deaths.. rarely shows his face, but this is what he got for being in Seb..   claims AFK but more like he was trying the quick /camp, but I got eyes in the back of my head sir I see where you're at.

 

And of course, as OJ puts it what is a blog update without a Lite kill? Quickly gaining double digit death status, look for that Triple D update from us soon.  About all this guy is good at is staying max range and coming just a pixel close enough to cast his chants and /ooc brag, but I have something in my pcoket for those kind of fools, it's called dat trak tooth.
